The complex has four guest houses that have been built with a unique architectural appearance, combining Bulgarian tradition and contemporary interior design. The houses can accommodate a maximum of 36-38 people.

* Additional costs room: The additional costs already include consumption costs such as Electricity, garbage disposal, water & wastewater etc. There is no separate billing of ancillary costs and operating costs. They are considered balanced when the monthly flat rate is paid.

* Food and Drinks: Delicious, balanced and freshly prepared food served in a pleasant environment with social interaction. Four-course menu – breakfast, lunch, afternoon snack and dinner. Water, tea and coffee included.

* Investment costs: The houses are already fully furnished, this amount is used to reserve new investments and repairs.
